Pete was friendly and very knowledgeable both in the area where I was selling my house and where I was looking to buy. Pete provided a greater than exceptional house buying experience. From looking at houses, to buying the house, even to a post- purchase issue that was out of his control, Pete performed outstandingly. My husband and I couldn't have had a smoother buying process with Pete. From day one, he took great care of us and really listened to what we were looking for. He was available at the drop of a hat it seemed, even delayed a getaway with his wife to show us a home (which ended up being the one we purchased!). I have work with Pete not for about 10 Months. The first encounter was to purchase a Condo as an income property which went very well. Pete was able to find me exactly what I was looking for in an amazingly short time frame. I was very impressed with his abilities that when my wife and I decided to move our primary residence there wasn't anyone else I would have gone with to make that happen. Of Course that was more difficult but Pete once again came through with exactly what my wife and I were looking to move into. Not only was Pete successful in finding prosperities but he was able to connect me with the financing as well as guide me through many areas of purchasing prosperities that most typical people are unaware. Mr. Steve Brown, This email is long overdue. I found out that you are one of Pete Alex's supervisors and wanted to share with you our experience with him. Being first time home buyers my wife and I were a bit of a challenge. We had many questions and wanted to see many properties. Pete was always quick to respond to us and answer all of our questions, no matter how small or specific. He made buying our first home very enjoyable and easy. I honestly cannot imagine buying our first home without his expertise and awesome personality. Since buying our home I have contacted Pete on numerous occasions for advice and guidance.
